Yes all of our products can be used for both indoors and outdoors.

Yes we can make bespoke designs, if you have dxf files which you are authorised to use we can make your designs. If it is something that you don't have the dxf files pop us a message and we do our best to either design or source your requirements.

We will be keeping a stock of all items on the website so despatch should be within 24 hours of ordering excluding weekends. For out of stock items you will be able to pre order, we will then add to the production schedule and aim to have your order ready within 5 days.

We will be using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery. In instances where industrial action may affect deliveries we will use an alternative carrier.

We can change the colours offered on request. There may be an extra charge for this service and will be dependant on the price of the powder for the colour requested.

Yes we provide black screws and wall plugs suitable for the product. We cannot guarantee to provide coloured screws for bespoke colours.

Yes as per your statutory rights you may inform us you wish to return your product within 14 days. We will issue a returns number and you will have a further 14 days in which to return your item. Return costs to be paid by the customer.

We ask that you inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and inform us of damages within 72 hours of delivery. After this time we cannot accept liabilty for damages. We will arrange collection and return of your item, at which time we will either refund or replace, whichever you prefer.

Yes. All measurements given are precise. Please ensure you have measured the space correctly before placing your order.
